Often a birthday or gift giving occasion becomes the motivation to create. And again they are often constructed from bits and bobs found along the way. As often happens time slips away while immersed in the creation so a clock that keeps time sprouts wings.

If a gift is comprised of many little gifts then they are all wrapped continuously with crepe paper and thus transforms into an eggplant or a lemon with all the surprised inside.

Miniatures always peak my interest so those are a constant form or creativity for me as in the mini library shelf where the books are making their escape.

And then there is always the quest of finding out what I can make from the cast off float-sum and jet-sum to save them from the land fill. The little goldfish are crocheted from plastic yarn, or plarn as some will call it.
